Abstract
The research aims to improve the requirements management process in software development at KYTECH LLC through the design of a framework based on the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15289 standard. The theoretical framework is structured using the index method, addressing the fundamentals of requirements analysis and management, processes, standards, and tools. Based on surveys and interviews conducted with stakeholders and the development team, the main issues are identified, highlighting the lack of clarity and consistency in documentation. In response, a framework is proposed that integrates techniques, tools, and best practices. Its implementation within the company demonstrates improvements in the clarity of requirements and increased satisfaction among stakeholders and team members, confirming the effectiveness of the proposal.
