Abstract
The article VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF DIGITAL COMPETENCIES FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS OF THE POLITICAL SCIENCE DEGREE AT THE AMAZONIAN UNIVERSITY OF PANDO - MANAGEMENT 2024, aims to present the characteristics of a continuing education program on digital competencies, which is aimed at university students. To this end, in a first stage, documentary research has been developed that deals with the background related to the subject. On the other hand, to validate the research question from situational fieldwork in which first-semester students of the Political Science degree at the Amazonian University of Pando participated. This made it possible to understand the status of students' digital skills and, as a result, to develop a training proposal to be applied virtually. This proposal consists of elements and components of a curricular structure within the framework of evaluation rubrics that allow for verification of the extent of technological capabilities and skills, as well as the development of educational materials applied to the subject.
